Everything in this document applies to both incoming and outgoing payments. 1) The very last bullet point should be reworded in the way that it provides an employee with enough time between receiving payment and the end of the month (so that they can take into account "taxes" and other things to pay). I believe in giving employees a month to do this.2) The second-to-last bullet point should be reworded in the way that it first states that these bonuses are given on a monthly basis and then talk about how they can be paid out. I know they meant for this to apply only to employees who have been working for more than a month, but it could also be argued as applying to new hires as well. 3) In the second bullet point, the clause "-Any books or physical merchandise are non-returnable once signed by both parties." should be added at the end of the paragraph above it.
